POSTURE BELL

The posture bell is to call attention to distracting gestures a Speaker may unconsciously use.  These would include clasped hands in front or behind the body, touching the hair, hands on hips or in pockets, gripping the lectern, and repetitive gestures. Ring the bell throughout the meeting with the exception of during prepared speeches. It should be in use from the opening until the close of the meeting.

Do NOT ring the bell during the prepared speeches, make notes to give in the report when called upon by the General Evaluator.
